CLASS DESCRIPTION:
A gentle, intermediate level. Exercises are performed standing and using mats on the floor.
* Class is ongoing-you may join anytime. Register at the class.
* Please bring an exercise mat.
* Second semester: February 2, 2012 - June 21, 2012.
* Class Fee: $20 per semester
* If you are under age 60 there is an additional registration fee of $25. (This is a one-time registration fee no matter how many classes you take with El Camino-Reseda CAS.)
