Learn the graceful sequences of Chi Gong and Tai Chi-low impact exercises for improving balance, breathing, toning your body, reducing stress and enhancing your energy. (9:30-11:00)
The final half hour consists of gentle yoga stretches, for improving posture and flexibility. (11:00-11:30). You'll also learn how to incorporate the principles of these movements and meditations into your daily life activities.
* Spring semester:
February 6, 2012 - June 18, 2012.
* Class is ongoing - you may join anytime. Register at the class.
